What is the use of Cache.Session class in Salesforce?

It stores data that is tied to individual user sessions. For example, you might use session cache in an app to store the user’s favorite currency or a user’s custom navigation tab order. With session cache, you can manage cache values in Apex and read cached values with a Visualforce global variable.
