Hi,
Manual sharing in Salesforce. Manual sharing allows users to grant one-off access to their individual records for users, roles, and public groups. Manual sharing is available: To the record owners, their managers in the role hierarchy, and administrators - [adinserter block='9']

From Setup, enter Sharing Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Sharing Settings. Click Edit in the Organization-Wide Defaults area. Select the Manual User Record Sharing checkbox to display the Sharing button on user detail pages, which enables users to share their records with others.
-
You can use manual sharing to give specific other users access to certain types of records, including accounts, contacts, and leads.
