Time based Validation Rules
My simple Validation Rule Issue is described below. Please help.
1. If user created a transaction between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
user should not allowed to enter the passcode.
2. If user created a transaction between 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM then created validation rule is activated and user will be allowed to enter the passcode.
