after execution a message of System.QueryException: unexpected token: ',' is showing? can anyone tell me the reason ??

Sumit,Please try removing comma (,) and replace it with AND operations as below.
String query = 'SELECT id, name FROM contact WHERE LastName =:lastname AND MailingPostalCode = :mailingCode';-
