How to create quick action button by using apex in Salesforce?

1. From the management settings for the object for which you want to create an action, go to
2. Buttons, Links, and Actions.
3. Click New Action.
4.Select the type of action to create.
5. Customize the action.
6. Enter a label for the action.
7. If necessary, change the name of the action.
8. Type a description for the action.
