From Setup, enter Email-to-Case in the Quick Find box, then select Email-to-Case. In the Routing Addresses list, click New. Enter your routing address settings. Click Save. A verification email is sent to the routing email address you provided. Click the link in the verification email.A confirmation page opens in your web browser. Click the link in the confirmation page to continue to Salesforce. Configure your email system to forward case submissions to the email services address provided by Salesforce.
