  How can we encrypt an email in Salesforce?

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper left and select Setup.
  2. In quick find enter Platform Encryption.
  3. Select Encryption Policy.
  4. Select Encrypt Fields.
  5. Under the Email Message section mark needed fields for encryption and set encryption scheme.
