How can i achieve a Validation Rule that should not fire for particular user in salesforce?

Let say i have three user – user1,user2 and user3 ; then i want that validation rule will fire only for user 1 and 2 but not for user 3

You can try this

$User.Id == ‘00550000000lxVg’, false,
CONTAINS( TEXT(Client_Business_Type__c), ‘Pension’ ) && ISPICKVAL(Pension_Fund_Type__c, “”)

You can try this

As we avoid doing with hard-coded ID’s.
