link to download a PDF from salesforce
I want to send a mass email with a link to download a PDF. Where do I upload the PDF to in SF and get the link? I assume I can create create a record of contacts who downloaded or clicked on the link, yes?
Note: Other then salesforce sites do i have any other option available

Hii Utsav,
Yes, you can use file objects to generate a link which could be accessed publicly from anywhere. While file is being created you can use generate and link and mark it as public.
