Why users can't be deleted from salesforce.com?
Why we are only able to deactivate the user but we cann't delete it in salesforce.

Hi Saurabh,
You cannot delete users from Salesforce. You can remove their license or deactivate them to remove access to the system, but because they may still own records, they cannot be deleted.

I believe because of inconsistancy risks as users (OwnerID) are the core or all objects.
