What "splash page custom link " mean when creating a new tab in my org?
When i am creating a new Tab in my Salesforce org then a "splash page custom link " option appears for what it is used?

It is basically for the purpose to Choose a Home Page Custom Link to show as a splash page the first time your users click on this tab.
