Need help with Validation rules in Salesforce.
I need help in writing a validation rule. When I change stage to "closed Won" in opportunity level, account prospect status should change to "Client"?

Field Updates cannot be achieved with validation rules. Validation Rules are meant to restrict user entering wrong data or data which is not allowed.
For your scenario you simply use workflow. If already a process builder or a trigger is present use either of them.
