how it is able to access "Contact.Owner.email" ??
In Contact Object, there is no field name Owner then how it is able to access "Contact.Owner.email" in Salesforce??Please explain its internal working.

You can try query Contact.Owner.Email in your query editor.

Contact Owner is a lookup to the User object. So, when you query Contact.Owner.Email.It will lookup to contact -> Contact Owner (User) -> Email.You will get the email address of the User that owns that contact.
