I know it’s bit silly but could anyone tell me the difference between Salesforce 1 App, stand alone app and Single page application and salesforce out of the box components ?

Is it possible to do with standard contact page ? I am ok with both standard or custom VF page. Although I would prefer to do it with Standard contact page

The functionality needed in lightning experience and salesforce 1 mobile
