I have a flow designer and it’s based off of a custom object with has an account associated to it. However, I cannot figure out how to select the account through the drop down list.

We would like our Staff (internal salesforce users) to be able to populate a field based upon a lookup of data in a custom object when submitting a Case.

There is a formula field, Which count record on weekly basis,

for example, Count__c(Formula field), There is one custom field All_count_c, This field count my all packages using class.

So i want my count__c field like this will count record for monday to monday only, How can i achieve this?

Currently I am building a couple of reports for work and we are trying to build a report for all leads that are logged for this/last FY. Is this possible? If we have 100 leads that 90 of them convert into opportunities, can I still show a report to show that we logged 100 leads or will it show as 10 leads have been logged and 90 opportunities?

I have a lookup field on my Custom Object which has 2 record types. This field is a Master-Detail one

While creating a new record for this Custom Object, I want this lookup field to be auto-populated for just one record type and stay empty for the other.

I’m trying to write an Apex trigger that fires when a user changes his or her e-mail signature through Personal Setup -> Email -> My Email Settings.
Whenever I update a user record through Setup -> Manage Users -> Users, it doesn’t fire when a standard user changes his or her own e-mail signature.

Is there any way to do this?

I have a custom object having 2 record types. As we select the record type on the first screen before creating the actual record, instead of that i want a picklist of record type on record.

Is it possible to hide the recently viewed accounts list view (drop down) from my users? I am referring to the “Recently viewed accounts” view in the picklist on the account landing page.

We accidently added in a process builder into our managed package and i cant see a way to remove it. I cant even upload a deactivated process so that the process doesnt run by default.

Any thoughts on how we can remove a process from the package?
