I am new to SF what do I need to start my online tutorials. Do I need to have an a/c setup if yes, can some one walk me thru. I am totally lost. Its the starting trouble I guess…

Any place that you can direct me for self learning. I visited some of the YOU TUBE but most are bit advanced. I need to start from the beginning as in how to register and so on.
