Hi, I have a formula field which is displaying different images based on the results (traffic light system). I want to be able to create a task if the result of the formula is a certain image (i.e red) I am looking to do this in process builder and want to understand how I set the criteria to then create the task?

Hi,

 

Is there a way to refernce a field from a managed package. This is a master detail relationship but you cannot do this from a formula field for some reason?

I need to be able to do a rollup summary of the total number of Sites associated to an account. The site object is just and lookup relationship of account.
