Ok I turned off the 'Crumble' Extension for Chrome and the New Field frame shows now in Chrome.  I will see if I can whitelist or allow in Crumble.

I'm also subscribed to this thread, but I'm not receiving emails when there is a reply or new post.

OK I tried the original instructions from the TH module in Edge, and it worked, so I'm wondering what is the difference between Chrome and Edge, or what setting is different in Chrome?
