Can anyone tell me how to check states present in Salesforce Playground as I want to use them in the validation rules?

Plz search in setup <b style="font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">State and Country/Territory Picklists.
<b style="font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">I guess you have to enable them before you can use them
