I guess you can use this
html-disabled="true"
<apex:inputField id="acctparent" styleClass="acctparent" value="{!account.ParentId}" html-disabled="true" /> - [adinserter block='9']

Hi @Prachi/@Nikita,
It doesn't work, Html-disabled always disables the text box, irrespective of the true or false value provided to it. Is there any other way you can provide.
