Hi,

LayoutType attribute to display all the fields defined on the given layout.

Ex:-

<lightning:recordForm
        recordId="001XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
        objectApiName="Account"
        layoutType="Full"
        mode="view" />

 <lightning:recordForm
        recordId="001XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
        objectApiName="My_Contact__c"
        layoutType="Compact"
        columns="1"
        mode="readonly" />
