Is it possible to remove Like and Comment from chatter tab in Case standard Layout?

No. Its not possible to remove Like and Comment from chatter tab in Case standard Layout. Although you can remove Case Comments from Chatter Feed as explained in the following link:

Any idea how to remove it for all Chatter Feeds? Not only for Case Comments
