Does anybody know of a product like WalkMe that integrates with Salesforce and doesn’t require a browser extension?

The biggest and most relevant competitor is whatfix. Let me know if you some help to connect with them.

Also, can you help me understand the problems you are facing with WalkMe?

Posting for others coming across this, but you might also try Nickelled for Salesforce, an alternative to both WalkMe (and Whatfix as suggested by Ankur above) which doesn’t require a plugin.
