Hi Abhay,
I could only tell you about the developer, most important thing for a developer is not solving the problem but how he/she approaches the logic to solve that problem.
Hope it helps.

As a Salesforce recruiter, I can say that when an intern or graduate is considered for a vacancy, it is not specific skills that are considered first, but personal qualities. The ability and desire to learn something while working and communication skills. However, for the Salesforce industry I can highlight the qualities that are important for candidates without hard-skills. This is what Salesforce recruiters usually look for:
- Technical Aptitude: A fundamental understanding of Salesforce and its products is essential. Recruiters appreciate candidates who can grasp the technical aspects of the platform.
- Communication Skills: Sales roles require effective communication. Good candidates can understand ideas clearly, build relationships, and explain complex concepts to clients.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Salesforce sales professionals often encounter complex business challenges. Recruiters value candidates who can analyze problems and propose solutions.
- Adaptability: The tech industry evolves rapidly. Individuals who can adapt to changing trends, technologies, and client needs are in high demand.
- Passion for Salesforce: Demonstrating a deep interest in Salesforce and a commitment to helping businesses succeed using the platform is a significant advantage.
- Team Player: Sales often involves collaboration. Recruiters seek candidates who can work effectively in teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Results-Oriented: Sales roles are goal-driven. Candidates who are motivated by achieving targets and measurable results are highly attractive.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Salesforce places a strong emphasis on delivering value to customers. Candidates who prioritise customer satisfaction stand out.
