How do I update Unsubscribe Reason while importing in All Subscribers?
I am working with the All Subscriber and trying to import a CSV file. The file happens to have a column Unsubscribe Reason. But when the importing of the file is completed that particular column Unsubscribe Reason does not get updated. What is the reason behind it? Can it be fixed?

Hi Audrey,
I think that's the behavior of SFMC. When you import subscribers with 'Unsubscribed' status, it updates the status but the 'reason' value is set by default. In this case it will be 'Unsubscribed via Import'. SFMC doesn't even give you the 'reason' field to map
