Do you “fuzzy” match for likely duplicates. When you have a duplicate, which data do you carry over to the merged record?. Set up dedupe app to restrict any new duplicate data. Certify Member July 10, 2017 at 7:51 PM There are new features now in Salesforce to prevent the creation of duplicate records. It does not help with those you already have in your org but does help prevent more being created.
